[de] ich bin seit fast einer woche zurück von vietnam. die reise war genial, aber mehr dazu später. in diesem post will ich nur erläutern, welche ausrüstung ich brauchte, und welche nicht. in einem früheren post hatte ich aufgelistet, was mitkommt.
an der d700 war immer, immer, immer den handgriff und das gps. ich hab alle objektive gebraucht, jedoch schwergewichtig zwei von den vieren. trotzdem würde ich ein nächstes mal wieder die gleiche auswahl treffen. knapp 3’000 foto’s hab ich geschossen, 2743 bleiben auf der festplatte. davon sind 104 mit dem Nikon 50mm f/1.4G, 150 mit dem Nikon 16-35mm, 943 mit dem Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8G und 1546 mit dem Sigma 70-200mm f/2,8 geschossen worden. der blitz kommt auch wieder mit, obwohl nicht oft gebraucht, manchmal notwendig. der tragriemen von blackrapid war genial, auf auch dem sechs stunden trek durch die reisfelder. genial bequem und praktisch! danke blackrapid! die filter kamen kaum zum einsatz, das stativ und das blitzkabel nie! der nexto war sehr praktisch, und schnell. die batterie hielt die ganzen 15 tage durch ohne nachladen. ich brauchte den grössten teil der CF karten für meine 50gb fotos. jeden abend hab ich die kamera batterien geladen (sofern wir strom hatten) und die kamera und objektive gereinigt.
für ein nächstes mal bei einer ähnlichen reise würde ich alles wieder mitnehmen, ausser vielleicht das stativ. die filter hätte ich mehr gebraucht wenn ich daran gedacht hätte…

the d700 was always, always at my side with the vertical grip and the gps. i used all the glass i took along, two of the lenses were used way more than the other two. still, i would take the same lens selection for a next trip. i shot just over 3’000 pictures in the 15days. of those, 2743 stay on my hard drive. thereof 104 were shot with the Nikon 50mm f/1.4G, 150 with the Nikon 16-35mm, 943 with the Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8G and 1546 with the Sigma 70-200mm f/2,8. the flash would also join the trip again next time. i used it occasionally, and was glad i had it for some pretty good shots. the blackrapid strap is just so cool. i used it all the time, even to hook me up to my cameras for six hour treks through the hills and paddy fields. super comfortable and totally practical. thanks blackrapid! the filters i barely used, the tripod and flash cable not once! the nexto was very handy, and so quick backing up the cards. the batteries lasted the whole 15 days with recharging! i used most of the CF cards i had with me for the 50gb of pics. every night, i recharged the camera batteries (when we had electricity), but always had a spare fully charged, so that worked out well too. camera and lenses were cleaned each night, so i used the cleaning equipment daily.
for a next trip, i’d probably take all the same things again, except maybe the tripod. the filters i would have used more if just i would have remembered!
